We will provide an assessment of the damage, let you know the approximate length of time it will take for the repairs, schedule an appointment that will work for you and will work with your insurance company to help complete the whole process as quickly as possible.

When your estimate is written, an assessment will be made as to the driveability of your vehicle.  If it is not drivable, or if you prefer to have it towed, we can arrange towing for you.

Will you need a rental car?  If you are not at fault in the accident, you may be entitled to a rental car at no charge to you.  Check with your insurance agent to see if this is covered.   We can work with you and your rental car company to arrange for pickup and drop off of the rental car.

MidTex completes all necessary repairs to return your vehicle to pre-accident condition and works with your insurance company to handle your claim and the billing for repairs.
